New features

We've released not one, but two additional webhooks for our customers to take advantage of. These webhooks can be used to enable your systems to take action based on learner interactions with training, specifically, when learners are enrolled to a course, and when learners start a course.

Managing learner access to courses in Northpass just got easier! This month, we've added a new Enrollments tab to all courses where you can see exactly who has access to each course in a centralized location. Additionally, this Enrollments tab offers a snapshot of learner progress in near real-time.

Bug fixes

In the course catalogs of public academies, course attempts were getting created for learners before they were enrolled into courses. This has been addressed.
When filtering courses in the Multiple Course Analysis, only some Courses were showing in the dropdown. This has been addressed, and you should be able to see the correct courses as filter options.
For some customers, previewing an academy or course as a Manager resulted in a 500. This has been addressed.
When utilizing properties with a rich-text course activity, only the first 10 properties were available for selection, due to a disappearing scrollbar. We’ve addressed this issue, and you should be able to insert any of the properties you’ve defined into a course.

New Features

We’ve just launched functionality to our People management area of the product. These new features allow customers to Delete or Deactivate many learners at the same time.

Using our new checkboxes, select at least one Learner in order for our “Action Bar” to appear. From there, you’ll see all available Batch Actions. Further, our intuitive interface allows you to see exactly how many learners have been selected.

Want to start over? Not a problem! Just close the Action Bar and start with a clean slate.

Enhancements

We’ve enhanced our Properties feature to make it easier to manage your course properties.

When authoring a course, you’ll see a new tab. In this new Properties tab, you’ll be able to modify the values for this course across all course properties in a single view

Bug fixes

Previously, when our customers attempted to edit the “Instructor-Led Training Attendance Confirmation Email” they would experience an error that prevented them from doing so.

That error has been resolved and customers can now edit the email successfully.
